I am glad you reposted about this because I completely forgot to come back and answer your question! I usually go for floral greens, though I recently tried some hojicha and liked the nuttiness of it! I've struck out with sencha; I've found it difficult to get the right balance on the brew (a perpetual oversteeper, even when I tell myself this time I'm going to set a timer 😅).
