Our freezer abruptly declined to freeze for a while, so all of our cube-and-flake pepperoni (we get the big packets from the restaurant supply place and divide it into pizza sized bags) defrosted, as did the hot full-size sausages. So I have been frying up batches of the hot sausages and slicing it into chunks for easier snacking, and occasionally dicing those chunks up for pizza. It wasn't originally intended for pizza, but it tasted pretty great.
