Mmm, I love chai at all times of day; I seem to be immune to caffeine in the evening. (Two or three pots of tea per night, during college, will do that.) Vanilla in chai is something I don't enjoy at all, though.

That does sound good! I'd try it, anyway, and I don't drink alcohol at all, pretty much.
