I've been intending to rec this for weeks! Please forgive my sloth and all-around excuse-ful-ness as I humbly offer dragon_light's and dementordelta's "The Ill-Tempered Potions Master", in which Harry catches apples, falls off a fence, does lots of handy-man housework, and wins Snape's heart.
