I find it quite challenging to find florals, too, except as already part of teas. Gulkand and Roohafza are traditional uses of rose where I'm from, which is why they're easy to procure for me. I think that's a wonderful idea to make your own! Definitely start with honeysuckle, plus you already have a lovely little collection you can expand. I dream of one day owning a garden and doing the same. Cottagecore ambitions, lol.
