I've had this post open in a tab since October, waiting for me to have time to write a comment. HI. I'm still here. Biggest news is I'm getting divorced. Aside from that, grad school continues apace and I'm almost done with that, finally.
I've seen treadmills that can fold up and slide under the bed (

) if you have that sort of space.
