So I went and bought myself something, because I was reminded of it recently.





Back when Freece was posting Captive Prince online as a serial, I swore I'd buy a copy should it ever get published... I'm incredibly happy to see that it did!

Anyone who enjoys original m/m low fantasy ought to give these a try. (Ooooh, and I just realised: I have a Captive Prince tag, and this post means I get to use it for the first time since 2011!)

YES! By now the first volume got published in German translation, too. I kinda got a kick out of it when it suddenly appeared on my desk at work.

Maybe when she finishes it, I'll buy the ebook version, and then again, I'm not sure I can slog through it again (reading things as WIPs practically always ruins them for me) :)
