iPod question

I don't suppose any of you very clever people would know how to make my iPod get along with iTunes after changing (Windows XP) computers?

Online browsing has been generally unhelpful to me, because everything assumes that I still have access to the old computer! This is not the case; it contracted a sudden case of Videocard Failure several months ago and is not usable (even if it weren't approximately 1,000 miles away).

Perhaps this (http://www.copytrans.net/)? I don't know about this particular version, but I used a previous incarnation of this software a couple of years ago when I needed to retrieve most of my music library off my ipod, and it worked fine.
