meme ovinity
Oct. 10th, 2008 07:00 pmAs a bit of light relief from link compiling, I took a meme.
I seem to be below-average to average on everything; but since this is pretty much a fandom journal, I answered according to "in either your fannish or RL journals" -- maybe each score should be split in half? :D
Also, I have been on LJ for, umm, six years now, in one way or another; so I think that tends to inflate some of the scores -- even if I only post ten memes a year, that's SIXTY memes that are technically in my journal; likewise, in six years, EVERYONE is going to have some sort of vaguely wanky/trollish/flaming encounter, even if it's at someone else's instigation.
Very interesting! Some of the questions cracked me up; especially the drama and attention questions -- people seriously do these things? I don't even know how many people have me friended, much less dedicate hours of my life to schemes to make more of them do so. And while I am not afraid of wank (the meme phrases it perfectly!), I am, I think, wise enough to keep my nasty thoughts locked or in a paper journal -- find it hard to believe people are consistently dumb enough to post things and THEN realise it's going to hit the fan, panic, and edit-to-flock, no matter how often I see it happen.
