Questions for the flist: Nova Scotia; fanartists?

First question: are any of you in Nova Scotia, around the Port Hood/Inverness/Mabou area? I may just be there some time in August, and would love to meet some fandom folk!

Second, completely unrelated question: I know a lot of you are fabulous fanartists, and even design-related professionals (or with aspirations thereunto); I am tentatively interested in putting together a colouring book for the place where I'm interning, as something to give out to kids. Would you consider contributing a page or two (or three?), if you received some kind of credit in the book for your artwork?

We're a 501(c)3 nonprofit, and I probably can't swing any monetary remuneration your way for your efforts, but I thought perhaps it might be a nice resume filler, or at least get you off the karmic hook for your next speeding ticket...? :D I haven't really discussed it in depth with the Person In Charge yet; figured I'd just kind of nose around and see if I got any response at all first.

I guess this is goodbye then? o_O I would have liked to have gotten to know you, but since you don't list me as a friend back, I'll assume you have no interest in being friends on the LJ and I'll in turn remove you since I'm not comfortable with having people friended who aren't friending me back.
