Somehow I managed to miss it the day it came out, but isiscolo apparently posted a thought-provoking entry on Peter Pettigrew and his general absence in Marauders-era fic. The discussion is surprisingly large, and the contributors have said a lot that's very interesting to contemplate, particularly if one writes Marauders-centric stories.
