I love floral flavours - will have to look up Gulkand and Roohafza! So far my growing collection of flavours includes rose, violet, elderflower, and jasmine. (The lavender in the shortbread was dried flowers, not an extract.)

I'd love to get my hands on some more florals, but they're not popular in my region, so not many places sell them. I've toyed with the idea of making my own; maybe next year I'll get ready in time to try making some extracts! There's plenty of honeysuckle here, and if I'm quick perhaps I could even try cherry blossom...
