Ooh, tea! I agree with the whole sweetened vs unsweetened thing, and the fact that tea taste depends heavily on the water temp used. I've recently been working my way through a whole lot of tea from Teavivre (looseleaf high-quality teas!) and enjoying the experience. (My taste runs towards Yunnan black, and I brew tea with a stopwatch.) I relate a lot to the annoyance of being a tea drinker in a land of coffee-drinkers; the teabag tea tends to be dire here and everyone asks why I don't drink coffee. (It tastes bad.)
