Possibly-stupid question

Does OpenOffice not exist anymore? There appears to be a website and a download button, but it never works; I receive "not a valid Win32 application" messages whenever I try to run the resulting download.

This is alarming because I'd assumed it was a temporary issue, but it's three weeks after my last attempts and I'm starting to worry. I can't write without something to write in!

The Open Office people all went to Libre Office. Same deal, same feel, same look mostly...

I know I've reached the stage young!me swore I wouldn't when my first instinct is to grumble I'd only just got used to the first version, why'd they have to change it? *wry*

On the bright side, maybe LibreOffice will worked out a way to disable the one glaring obnoxious flaw in OpenOffice that I am still not over? :D

It really is EXACTLY the same.

I prefer it to MSOffice BECAUSE it's like the old version :)
